How To Buy Tickets

Tickets can be ordered online at www.mobettahsoundproductions.com  with a VISA or MasterCard,
Tickets cannot be ordered or held without payment.

 

Ticket Availability

First come first serve basis, until seating is sold out for each show.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

There are no refunds unless Mo Bettah Sound Productions cancels the performance.

The show goes on regardless of weather.

 

Lost/Stolen Tickets

Sorry, lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be replaced.

 

Seating

Total capacity for reserve sit down (Lunch,Dinner) per show on lawn is 320.

Total capacity for the General Admission bleacher seating is 100 per show.

Seating is on a first come, first serve basis.

 

Late Seating

Latecomers to the Luau Festival Show with table reserve seating

will be asked to wait on the side until a suitable break in the performance.

 

Re-entry Policy

Please bring all necessary items with you, there is NO RE-ENTRY,

once inside the  Southern Oregon Luau Festival.

 

Dress

Casual. Hawaiian Aloha attire.  A light wrap is recommended for cool evenings.

 

Gates

Luau Festival, activities through the day. Opens at 8:00 a.m

 

SAFETY/SECURITY
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, ALL guests and personal

possessions are subject to inspection prior to admittance into the Southern Oregon Luau Festival.

NOT ALLOWED THROUGH THE GATES
No cans or glass bottles
No ice chests/coolers/picnic baskets
No food or beverage.

Smoking

Permitted only in the designated smoking area ONLY.

 

Alcohol

No Outside Alcohol.

Pick up and Drop off points in Medford & Grants Pass Locations.

Serving, beer, wine, soda refershments.
